I unexpectedly ran out of black ink on my Brother MFC-640CW printer yesterday and when I went to my reserve supply of cartridges - you guessed it - they were all colour!.
So I placed an order with you guys..
My wife kindly picked up a black cartridge for me from Warehouse Stationery in Thames yesterday afternoon to 'keep me going' but before I even had the chance to put it in the printer this morning the courier arrived (and we're Rural Delivery here) with my order from you.
AMAZING!
Now I'm grinding my teeth because that ONE cartridge from Warehouse Stationery cost us a princely $32.99 - more than the cost of THREE cartridges from you.

Thank you for my order which arrived today. I won't be opening the black 'Brother' cartridge till I have used the current one and do hope it fits - shall let you know when I do use it.
I must say I appreciated your service - the bright, friendly, helpful, receptionist and fast service, but the sweets in the box were just the 'jewel in the crown'. I had had an awful week - my brother had been critically ill, I overflowed the sink and flooded the kitchen and was up till 3 a.m. drying the contents of all the cupboards under the sink and sopping up the water from the floor, before leaving early a.m. to see my brother in Waikato Hospital. Then when I arrived home found I had a break in - a rock almost as big as a football had been thrown through a garage ranch slider window and as they couldn't open or get in there went round and threw another big rock through a window by the front door, scratching the polished floor and there was glass for miles. They left the garage door wide open and got away with TV, Video and a small DVD player with a screen, and damaged a bit of property/articles in the process.
So it was a real bright spot to open up your box and find the sweets - you just don't know what that little gesture meant to me after such a week. I was quite touched. Well done, and thank you for your terrific service. The frig magnet is also a plus - very thoughtful - you deserve to do a good trade. I shall definitely recommend you to my friends.

I had been using other 'compatible' inks, but after some time the quality was poor and I could not print in black - only in colour. To my delight Q Ink allows me to print in black and I have already printed over 50 pages with good result.
Most of my friends have computers, so I am letting them know about Q ink. One comment was that they liked the idea of your company having both original and compatible inks. Will keep pushing your product.

Thank you for organizing Kirsty to give me a ring today. We agreed, that I should make some testing here, before we can make any final conclusions.
The shop assistant at DSE was kind enough to show me the original Canon yellow cartridge, the colour was actually the same as the one I purchased from you. This means that the yellow cartridge ink is nevre truly yellow, when it is purchased from new. It is only yellow at the final stage, when it is almost empty. That's when I started to wonder, what's wrong?
I am pleased to say that I am going to continue to purchase more of your cartridges in the future.
